I have taught at both the undergraduate and graduate level at a variety of institutions including research universities, liberal arts colleges, and continuing education. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor of Practice in Political Science at NYU Shanghai. Prior to NYU Shanghai, I was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Government Department at Hamilton College. I have been the primary instructor for the following classes: Politics in China, International Political Economy, US-China Relations, Introduction to International Relations, and Introduction to Comparative Politics.
